Created in 2008 the Engineering Division came out from the idea of providing proper training, skills and experience to the cooperage staff on the production and installation of large vats or foudres outside the cooperage, for customers’ convenience and benefit.
The training program involves cooperage features, logistics, equipment, method statements, risk assessments, local PPE’s regulation, local customs and other important aspects for each project. Each project is leaded by an Engineer (Project Manager) who makes the bridge between our staff, the customer and any other contractors involved in the project.
Taiwan was the first destiny of our crew still in the year of 2008. United States later for a few times and many other projects followed.
