Our Philosophy

Scale with conscience.

We don't produce containers. We engineer maturation vessels designed to last generations.

Every project stems from a balance between cooperage tradition and applied engineering. We shape wood and stainless steel with equal precision - because scale only holds value when it preserves identity.

View Projects

Scale never compromises elegance.

Designed for wineries, breweries, and distilleries demanding absolute consistency. Our large formats act as technical tools for controlled micro-oxygenation - essential for structural evolution, color stability, and aromatic integration.

The choice for producers who understand that precision is the ultimate luxury.

+ de 50mm
Minimum technical stave thickness

The stave thickness is a deliberate technical choice. The 50mm represent a rigorous balance between structural strength, thermal stability, and oxygen transfer control - essential parameters for extended aging.

Beyond mere size, what defines the outcome is how this thickness interacts with wood selection and vessel curvature, ensuring harmonious evolution and consistency.

What we age

One tool,
infinite expressions.

Wine

Vats and foudres in French oak or chestnut. Controlled micro-oxygenation that integrates tannins, sets color, and reveals the full complexity of the terroir. The ideal vessel for aging wines.

Beer

Wooden tanks for demanding craft breweries. Notes of vanilla, coconut, and spice that elevate Stouts, Porters, and Sour Ales. An inimitable aromatic signature in every batch.

Spirits

From whisky to brandy, aguardente to rum. Vessels for distilleries needing scale aging consistency without losing the depth of handcrafted wood.

Technical protocol

Activation Protocol

Mandatory procedure that guarantees the health and longevity of the vat for decades.

Day 01

Slow Filling

Cold, clean, unchlorinated water. Filling should be gradual-no more than 20% per hour-for safe and even expansion of the wood fibers.

Days 02-06

Joint Inspection

Visual check of staves and metal hoops. Minor weeping is normal and will cease once the staves are fully hydrated.

Day 07

Complete Sealing

Confirmation of absolute watertightness. The aging liquid should only be introduced after this full hydration period.
